AXIS Launch in GoHighLevel

What you will have when you finish

  • Your account asks for a second code from your phone, your first billing date is in plain sight, and your wallet tops up with the amount and threshold you chose.
  • Your first sub-account exists, set up as the right type with you added as a user, and an alert emails you if its usage spikes.
  • Your sub-account speaks your team's language, runs on your business's time zone, and you can explain what each floor of the menu is for.
  • Your slowest approval is already in review, or your decision is on record, while you keep building.
  • Your email goes out with your own domain's seal, or through HighLevel's sending until you get a domain, and a test email reached your inbox.
  • Your sub-account has client cards with five custom fields, three tags, five test contacts and a drawer that fills itself.
  • You have a pipeline with your business's five stations and three opportunities moving along it.
  • Your business has a front door anyone can open from a link, with a clear sign of which messages each person agrees to.
  • Your business takes bookings at any hour from a link, with your hours, time between appointments and a reminder for every client.
  • You answer email and a second channel from one inbox, and every message stays attached to the client's record.
  • When a client fills in your form her card shows up in the pipeline, and when she books she gets her confirmation and reminder without you lifting a finger.
  • A real person filled in your form, booked and got your emails, your privacy notice is in plain sight, and you can explain your whole system.

This module's analogy

The wallet is a prepaid card: every text, email or AI minute comes out of it.

Think of your agency as a building you rent. The subscription is the rent: you pay it every month, whether you use the building or not.

The wallet is the building's prepaid card. Every message that goes out, every email, every AI minute, comes out of it.

When the balance drops below the line you set, the card refills itself from your credit card. Today you set that line and the amount.

Why it matters

Alba signed up for her trial on a Tuesday night in Houston, reusing the password from her email. She never wrote the date down. Fifteen days later, two charges hit her card the same morning: the subscription, which started when the trial ended, and a wallet top-up from her test calls. Both had been on the billing screen since day one. This mission takes 50 minutes so your story starts differently.
