1. Who runs AXIS

1.1 AXIS by CREZIR (“AXIS”) is operated by Dashing Media LLC (“we,” “us”), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico.

1.2 Company details:

1.3 AXIS is a brand backed by CREZIR. CREZIR (crezir.com) is another brand of the same company: it sets up business systems for other people. These terms cover AXIS only.

1.4 If you use AXIS from Spain, this section is also our legal notice (Article 10 of Spain’s LSSI).

2. What AXIS is (and what it is not)

2.1 AXIS is an implementation academy for HighLevel, also called GoHighLevel or GHL. You learn, build in your own HighLevel account, prove it, and can earn a certification.

2.2 Depending on how you join, AXIS includes:

  • AXIS Launch: a 12-mission path from zero to operational.
  • AXIS Academy: the full curriculum, in Spanish and English.
  • AXIS Lab: hands-on tasks in your own account, with reviewed evidence.
  • AXIS Tutor: the AI tutor.
  • AXIS Community: by topic and language.
  • AXIS Certification and AXIS Score.

That is 4 phases, 27 modules and AXIS Launch: 104 lessons in total, about 74 hours.

AXIS Guiado (guided cohorts) is not for sale yet. When it is, it will have its own terms.

2.3 The entry AXIS Score is a free diagnostic of about 5 minutes. It orients you. It certifies nothing. Before you submit evidence, each area shows an estimate that cannot go above 30 out of 100. The rest is earned only with evidence.

2.4 AXIS is not:

  • HighLevel, HighLevel’s support, or a voice for HighLevel (Section 14).
  • Legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
  • A promise of clients, projects or a job (Section 15).
  • A formal education institution.

2.5 HighLevel changes its platform often. Every lesson shows the date we verified it and its source. If something no longer matches your screen, tell us at soporte@crezir.com or in the community. We cannot promise that every screen matches at every moment.

2.6 When you use HighLevel with your own clients, you are the one who must follow the laws on messaging, consent, privacy and advertising. What we teach is educational. For your situation, talk to a professional.

3. Your account

3.1 You must be 18 or older.

3.2 An account belongs to one person. Do not share your username or password. A Teams seat is also for one person (Section 8).

3.3 Give us true information. If you join through the link, register with the same email as your HighLevel account (Section 4).

3.4 Protect your password. If you think someone got into your account, tell us right away. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3.5 When you register you get a personal evidence code (for example, AX-7K2Q). It is yours. Use it only in your own work.

5. Paid membership

5.1 Who it is for. People who already have HighLevel through another link, or who prefer to pay directly.

5.2 Prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD):

PlanPrice
MonthlyUS$ 47 per month
AnnualUS$ 470 per year
Founders (Section 5.9)US$ 37 per month

5.3 Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically, every month or every year, at the current price, until you cancel. Before you pay you will see the price, how often you are charged, and how to cancel. To pay you must check this box, which starts unchecked: “I accept automatic renewal and the terms.” We keep proof of your consent for at least 3 years.

5.4 How to cancel. You cancel online, from your account. You do not need to call or write to us. Your cancellation is recorded immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. If we offer you something to stay before you cancel, you can ignore it and finish canceling whenever you want.

5.5 What you already paid. We do not refund a period that has already started, except under the Garantía Operativo (Section 6), the withdrawal right (Section 7), or what the law gives you.

5.6 Price changes. If we change the price, we email you between 30 and 7 days before it takes effect, with how to cancel. The new price applies from your next renewal.

5.7 Annual plan. Before it renews, we email you with the price and how to cancel.

5.8 Payments and taxes. Stripe processes payments. We do not store your full card number. If a charge fails, we tell you before we suspend access.

5.9 Founders price. The first 100 members pay US$ 37 per month, frozen as long as their membership stays active. It is a monthly price. The number of spots you see on the site is real. If you cancel, you lose the founders price.

6. Garantía Operativo (first-month refund guarantee)

6.1 The promise.

Complete AXIS Launch in 30 days with all its evidence. If at the end your system is not live, we refund your first month.

6.2 What that means in practice. You are eligible if all three are true:

  1. Your membership is a paid membership.
  2. Missions L01 through L11 of AXIS Launch were approved within the 30 days.
  3. You submitted mission L12 and, on day 30, it was not verified for a reason you do not control. For example: a third-party approval that is still pending, a platform failure, or a delay on our side in reviewing your evidence.

For AXIS, “live” or “operational” (Operativo) means that all 12 AXIS Launch missions are verified.

6.3 What you get. A refund of the first month of your membership: US$ 47 on the monthly plan (US$ 37 if you are a founder). The refund goes back to the original payment method. We process it within 48 business hours after we confirm you are eligible. Your bank may take longer to show it.

6.4 You do not have to ask. If you are eligible, we offer it to you. If you think you qualify and we did not offer it, email soporte@crezir.com with the subject “Garantía Operativo.” A person replies within 48 business hours.

6.5 Who it covers. Only the individual paid membership. It does not apply if you joined through the link, because your protection there is HighLevel’s trial.

6.6 The guarantee does not reduce any right the law gives you.

7. Withdrawal right in Spain and the EU

7.1 If you buy from Spain as a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason. If you buy from another EU country, your country’s law may give you similar rights.

7.2 For digital content you start using right away, the law lets you give up that right if you expressly agree. That is why, at checkout from Spain, you will see this box, which starts unchecked:

I want to start now and I understand that, once I start, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. The Garantía Operativo still applies.

7.3 If you check it. Your access is immediate. You lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. The Garantía Operativo still applies. We email you a confirmation of your purchase and of this acceptance.

7.4 If you do not check it. You keep your right to withdraw for 14 days from the purchase.

7.5 How to withdraw. While you keep the right, your account shows a “Withdraw from contract here” button. Click it, confirm your details and click “Confirm withdrawal.” You can also email soporte@crezir.com with your name, your email and the sentence “I withdraw from my contract.” We confirm by email that we received it. We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your decision.

7.6 The withdrawal right is for consumers: people who buy for purposes outside their trade or profession. If you buy for your business (for example, AXIS Teams), it does not apply.

8. AXIS Teams

8.1 What it is. A plan for agencies that train their team. The owner assigns a path by role (admin, support, automation, sales, funnel builder) and sees each person’s status. It includes each person’s evidence, visible to the owner, and, when their path covers a certification, certification by skill. The owner gets a weekly report by email.

8.2 Price and seats.

  • US$ 149 per month, up to 5 seats.
  • US$ 19 for each extra seat, each month.

8.3 Seats. A seat belongs to one person with their own account. It cannot be shared. The owner can remove a person and give the seat to someone else. The owner pays and renews. Cancellation follows Section 5: online, from the owner’s account.

8.4 The owner and the team’s data. The owner can see each team member’s progress, evidence and certifications. Because of that:

  • The owner must tell their team and must have the right to see this information under the law of their country, including employment law.
  • The owner uses what they see only to train and manage their team.
  • The owner must not ask anyone to upload real client data.
  • When someone accepts a seat invitation, we tell them their team owner will be able to see this data.
  • The owner decides on their own what to do with what they see, and answers to their team for it.

8.5 If someone leaves the team. Their certificates are theirs, in their name, and their verification page stays active until the certificates expire. When the owner removes the seat, the owner stops seeing that person’s data and the person loses Teams access. Their data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

8.6 If Teams is canceled or not paid. Seats lose access at the end of the paid period.

9. Exams and AXIS Certification

9.1 What it is.

AXIS Certification is a private credential issued by AXIS by CREZIR. It is not an official HighLevel certification or an academic degree.

It prepares you for HighLevel’s official Certified Admin exam. Passing in AXIS does not equal passing HighLevel’s exam.

9.2 The four certifications and how you earn them.

CertificationWhat it showsHow you pass
AXIS · Cimientos (Foundation)Secure account, domains, users, phone, emailExam + Phase I evidence + Enséñalo (Teach-it)
AXIS · Operador CRM (CRM Operator)Data, pipeline, conversations, calendarExam + evidence + Enséñalo
AXIS · Automatización (Automation)Workflows that run and get debuggedExam + a live workflow with its execution log + repair of a broken workflow
AXIS · Implementador (Implementer)Implementing a complete business from a briefFinal project + human review + a short Enséñalo video
Coming after launch

No single pillar is enough on its own.

9.3 Exam rules.

  • Questions are drawn at random from a bank. Questions and answer options are shuffled on every attempt.
  • You get one attempt every 24 hours and three every 30 days.
  • Each exam has a time limit. If you need more time for accessibility reasons, ask and we give you 50% more.
  • You accept an honesty statement before you start.
  • We do not use a camera. If you finish in less than a quarter of the typical time, the exam goes to review.
  • You get your score by topic and the lessons to review.
  • Members take exams at no extra cost. A non-member pays US$ 97 per exam.

9.4 Validity and renewal. Each certification is valid for 12 months from the day it is issued. You renew it with an update module, included for active members. A certificate already issued stays valid until its expiration date even if you stop being a member.

9.5 Public verification. Every certificate has a code and a public page: axis.crezir.com/en/verify/[code]. It shows your name, the certification, the date, the validity and the status (valid, expired or revoked). With your permission, it also shows a summary of your evidence. Anyone with the code can view it. Search engines index it only if you turn on your public profile.

9.6 Fraud and revocation.

  • We compare every screenshot with earlier ones from all students (an image fingerprint). A duplicate goes to human review.
  • If we confirm the evidence belongs to someone else, we void it.
  • If it happens again, we void the certifications of that period.
  • We revoke a certificate for proven fraud, and we tell you in writing with the reason.
  • You can respond and ask for a person to look at it again.
  • Copying, impersonating another person, or sharing exam questions counts as fraud.

9.7 How you may use it. You may say you hold the “AXIS Certification · [skill],” under that name and as Section 9.1 defines it. Do not say it is issued or backed by HighLevel or any other body, and do not present it as anything else. Do not use it while it is expired or revoked.

10. Your evidence and your answers

10.1 What you submit. Screenshots, public links, execution logs, exports (CSV), short recordings, your Enséñalo answers (text or voice note) and the final project.

10.2 It is yours. You keep ownership of what you upload and write.

10.3 Limited license. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, for as long as we hold the material, to:

  • Review it, with AI and with people.
  • Verify it: compare fingerprints against other submissions to detect duplicates, and run quality audits.
  • Show it, only if you give us separate written permission. For example, in the public summary of your certificate, in the community knowledge base, or as a case. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

To run the service we use vendors (see the Privacy Policy).

10.4 Test data.

  • Use test contacts.
  • Cover any real data (names, phone numbers, emails of clients or other people) before you upload.
  • If our review detects real data, it will ask you to cover it before approving.
  • Do not upload passwords, keys, verification codes or payment details.
  • Do not upload third-party data you have no right to share.

10.5 How long we keep it. Screenshots are deleted 180 days after they are verified. We keep the verdict and its checklist. Final project evidence is kept while the certificate is valid, plus 90 days. Other retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.

11. AXIS Tutor and AI review of your evidence

11.1 You are talking to an AI. The AXIS Tutor is an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not a person. We tell you because European law requires it for systems that talk with people (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50), and because it is the honest thing to do.

11.2 What it does. It explains, guides you step by step, diagnoses from your screenshots, coaches you through AXIS Launch, and drafts, in English, a support ticket for HighLevel’s official support. You send that ticket yourself.

11.3 What it does not do.

  • It does not build for you.
  • It does not give you an exam answer or an Enséñalo answer.
  • It is not HighLevel support and does not speak for HighLevel.
  • It does not give legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
  • It does not promise income.

The tutor can be wrong. It answers from the verified curriculum. If it does not know, it says so and offers the next step. Check anything important in HighLevel’s official documentation.

11.4 AI review of your evidence. AI reviews what you submit first: screenshots, links, logs and your Enséñalo answers. The result can be “approved,” “fix this” or “to human review.” A person always reviews the Implementer final project and the doubtful cases: low confidence, suspected manipulation, a duplicate screenshot, or a dispute from you. We also review a random sample to check quality.

11.5 Human review on request. If you disagree with a result, ask for a person to review it. They reply within 48 business hours, in Spanish or English. For Enséñalo you can ask once per answer. Human review can change your result.

11.6 Fair use. Up to 40 messages a day per person. Evaluations do not count.

11.7 What not to type. Passwords, API keys, verification codes, payment details or real client data. If you paste them, we will ask you to delete them. The tutor does not log in to your HighLevel account: it only sees what you show it. Conversations are stored, and a team member may read a random sample to improve the tutor (see the Privacy Policy, Section 7).

12. Community and conduct

12.1 AXIS Community runs inside HighLevel’s communities feature. You enter with a link from your dashboard. That platform’s own terms also apply there.

12.2 In the community, the following are not allowed:

  • Harassment, insults or discrimination.
  • Spam, or selling services or affiliate links without permission.
  • Multi-level schemes or income promises.
  • Posting personal data of other people or real clients.
  • Sharing exam answers, paid content or credentials.
  • Pretending to be someone else, AXIS or HighLevel.
  • Illegal or misleading content.

12.3 What you post is yours. You give us permission to display it in the community. A useful solution moves to the knowledge base only with your permission, and with your name only if you allow it.

12.4 We may edit, hide or remove content, and suspend or remove people who break these rules. To report something, email soporte@crezir.com.

13. AXIS intellectual property

13.1 AXIS content and design belong to Dashing Media LLC or its licensors. That includes lessons, modules, analogies, diagrams, illustrations, the glossary, guides, question banks, exams, rubrics, templates, downloads, the AXIS Score, the platform software, and the names and logos of AXIS by CREZIR and CREZIR.

13.2 Your license. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to learn with AXIS. You may apply what you learn, and the templates and checklists we give you for that purpose, in your own projects and your clients’ projects.

13.3 You may not:

  • Copy, resell, publish or distribute paid content.
  • Share your account.
  • Record and spread lessons or exams, or publish exam questions.
  • Extract content with automated tools (scraping).
  • Use our names and logos in a way that makes your product look like it comes from AXIS.

You may quote public pages briefly, with a link to the source.

13.4 Third-party marks. HighLevel and GoHighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel, Inc. Other tool names belong to their owners. We do not use HighLevel’s logos.

13.5 If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve AXIS without paying you.

14. Independence from HighLevel

14.1

AXIS by CREZIR is independent of HighLevel, Inc. HighLevel and GoHighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel, Inc.

14.2 AXIS is not HighLevel’s official support and does not replace it. Your HighLevel account is governed by HighLevel’s terms and prices, and HighLevel is the one that bills you. For platform failures, AXIS’s help ladder ends at HighLevel’s official support.

14.3 We do not represent HighLevel or speak for it, and HighLevel does not back AXIS. We are a HighLevel affiliate: see our disclosures page (/en/disclosures/).

15. No income guarantee

15.1 Implementing business systems is a trade that companies pay for. AXIS teaches it from zero and certifies it with evidence. If you decide to offer services or start your own agency, it is a business opportunity. It takes learning, practice, and finding your own clients.

15.2

There is no guarantee you will make money. Results depend on your work, your market and your clients.

15.3 We do not show or promise income figures.

15.4 Being a member, passing an exam or holding a certification does not guarantee clients, projects or a job.

15.5

CREZIR recruits certified implementers. Applying does not guarantee projects or income.

16. Limitation of liability

16.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT HIGHLEVEL WILL NOT CHANGE, THAT A THIRD PARTY WILL APPROVE YOUR APPLICATIONS (SUCH AS AN A2P REGISTRATION OR A META VERIFICATION), OR ANY BUSINESS RESULT.

16.2 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: HIGHLEVEL’S DECISIONS (PRICES, CHANGES, ACCOUNT CLOSURES), LOSS OF DATA OR INCOME IN YOUR HIGHLEVEL ACCOUNT, HIGHLEVEL USAGE CHARGES, REJECTED OR SUSPENDED NUMBERS OR ACCOUNTS, TUTOR ERRORS, OR HOW YOU USE WHAT YOU LEARN.

16.3 TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID AXIS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES (SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES).

16.4 This does not limit what the law does not allow to be limited: willful misconduct or gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, and consumer rights in Spain and the EU. Some U.S. states do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

17. Suspension and termination

17.1 You can leave AXIS whenever you want: cancel your membership (Section 5) and ask us to close your account.

17.2 We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, commit fraud, abuse the tutor or the community, or put the platform at risk. Normally we tell you why. In serious cases we may act before telling you.

17.3 If we close your account and you did not break these terms, we refund the paid part of the period you did not use.

17.4 The sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law survive.

18. Changes to these terms

18.1 We change these terms when the service or the law changes. We post the new version with its date.

If you disagree, cancel before it takes effect. If you keep using AXIS afterward, you accept the new version.

19. Governing law and venue

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
