How to learn GoHighLevel: build it in your own account, then prove it.
AXIS by CREZIR runs on one rule. A lesson is complete when you have built it, proved it and can teach it. Watching does not count.
free, 5 minutes
Progress by videos watched does not exist here.
You can open every lesson and the bar will not move. It moves when the thing you built exists in your account and someone has checked it. What AXIS counts is verified systems that are live. Not hours watched. Not lessons opened.
That is the difference between knowing about a tool and being able to run it. A driving school does not pass you for watching other people drive.
One axis crossed by another makes four quadrants. Your route has four phases, named for the result you leave with.
| Phase | You leave with |
|---|---|
| I · Foundation | Your account, ready and secure |
| II · System | Your system, built and tested |
| III · Live | Your system serving real people |
| IV · Scale | A way of working you can repeat, sell and teach |
Each certification moves you into the next quadrant. Every lesson and every certification exists in English and in Spanish.
- I · Foundation. Your account, ready and secure
- II · System. Your system, built and tested
- III · Live. Your system serving real people
- IV · Scale. You repeat it, sell it, teach it
Learn · Build · Prove · Deploy
- Learn. The concept, with an everyday analogy and the reason it matters. If a lesson has no analogy, it is not ready to publish.
- Build. You do it in your own HighLevel account. Menu paths are written exactly as they appear on screen, and explained: Workflows (automated flows).
- Prove. With what you built (evidence) and with your words (Teach it).
- Deploy. You leave it working for real people.
You prove it twice: with your account and with your words.
- 1 Learn Aprende
- 2 Build Construye
- 3 Prove Demuestra
- 4 Deploy Implementa

What is inside a lesson
| Block | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Result | One sentence: what you will have running when you finish |
| Analogy | The everyday picture of the concept, drawn |
| Why it matters | A short scene of the real mistake the lesson prevents |
| Step-by-step guide | Numbered steps with the exact menu path |
| Interactive | A calculator, a simulator, a sorter or a checklist |
| Build | The task in your own account, with your personal evidence code |
| Prove | What your screenshot has to show, and the verdict |
| Check | A short multiple-choice test, with an explanation for every option |
| Teach it | One or two sentences in your own words, with an example of your own |
| If it breaks | The three to five most common errors, each with its way out |
| Video | Added after launch, in the space each lesson already has. Progress never depends on it |
| Date | “Verified on [date] against [source]” |
Your code goes inside what you build.
Every student gets a personal code at registration. It looks like AX-7K2Q. You write it into the name of a pipeline, a test contact or a workflow. The reviewer looks for it in every screenshot. That is how we know the account is yours.
Evidence can be a screenshot, a public link, an execution log, an export of test contacts or, when you choose, a short recording. Each submission ends in one of three verdicts:
- Approved. You get the green seal and the next step.
- Fix this. You see what is missing, where it is in the menu and how to capture it again.
- Human review. A person looks at it within 48 business hours, in Spanish or in English.
An AI reviews first. A person reviews when you ask, and in the cases that need judgment. Use test contacts. If real personal data shows up, you are asked to cover it before the evidence is approved.
If you cannot explain it, you do not have it yet.
At the end of each module you explain the topic as if to someone who has never used HighLevel. You write between 80 and 250 words, or record a voice note of up to 2 minutes. You can answer in Spanish, in English or in a mix. We grade the content, not grammar or accent.
Four criteria: Correct, Complete, Simple, With an example. You pass with 3 of 4, and Correct is mandatory. A clear explanation of something false teaches the error to whoever reads it, so it never passes. The example has to come from your own account: the name of your pipeline, a stage, a trigger.
Points are earned only by building and proving.
Opening lessons, time logged in, signing in and watching video earn zero. Your level changes with what you have proved: Starting point, Operational, Foundation, System, Live, Scale, Mentor. Weekly streaks count weeks with at least one approved piece of evidence, with one grace week a month. Leaderboards, by monthly cohort, show only people who chose to appear.
If something costs money, we say how much. If something takes time, we say so.
HighLevel has its own subscription and its own usage charges. Meta business verification and U.S. carrier registration can take days or weeks. AXIS Launch starts both on day 2 and does not wait for them. Prices and times are checked against HighLevel’s own pages and carry their verification date.
Start by knowing where you are.
The AXIS Score gives you an estimate in 5 minutes, across nine areas, and the route that fits.
