HighLevel training for teams that work in English and Spanish

AXIS Teams gives each person a route for their role and puts their evidence in front of you. Your Spanish-speaking and bilingual people learn in the language they work in. You read the proof in yours.

Monday, 9:10. A client writes that her appointment reminders stopped on Friday. Your support lead opens HighLevel. She is sharp, and Spanish is her first language. Her course was in English and she watched all of it. There are nine workflows in the account. She cannot tell which one sends the reminders, because she never built one. She only watched one being built.

You cannot tell either. The certificate in her folder says she finished.

In AXIS Teams, that Monday starts a week earlier. You open her page and see the reminder workflow she built in a practice sub-account, the execution history that shows it ran, and her explanation of it, written in Spanish. You decide who takes the client’s call with what you can see, not with a guess.

A seat is not a skill.

Most team training is a seat in a video library. It answers one question: did they press play? It does not answer the one you pay for: can this person run a client’s account?

  • No proof. A completion bar is not a workflow that runs.
  • One route for everyone. HighLevel has more than twenty modules. Your support lead does not need payments on day one. Your automation builder does not need to master calendars before touching workflows.
  • One language. The menu is in English, the course is in English and the team thinks in Spanish. The gap does not show up on the quiz. It shows up in the account.

A driving school does not pass a driver for watching other people drive. AXIS Teams works the same way.

Five roles, five routes. Every route starts with the same week.

A kitchen does not train the grill cook on pastry first. Each person starts with AXIS Launch, the 12 missions that end in a working system. Then the route splits by role.

Lesson counts include the 12 Launch missions. Time is the sum of the planned minutes of each lesson. It does not include waiting for approvals from Meta or carriers.

See every module

You see what each person has built, not what they have watched.

For every person on your team, the panel shows:

  • Status. Where each lesson stands: Not started, Learning, Building, Evidence sent, Verified or In production. And the person’s level: Starting point, Operational, Foundation, System, Live or Scale.
  • Evidence. The screenshots, links and execution histories they uploaded, with the verdict on each one: Approved, Fix this or Human review.
  • Certifications. Which ones the person holds, with the code anyone can check and the date it expires.
  • A weekly report. An email once a week with where your team stands, so you do not have to open the panel to know.

An AI reviews each piece of evidence against a checklist first. A person reviews when you ask, and in the cases that need judgment.

Your clients’ data stays out of the screenshots.

Every person gets a personal code, such as AX-7K2Q. They write it into the name of a pipeline, a test contact or a workflow, and the reviewer looks for it in every screenshot. That is how we know the account is theirs.

Evidence uses test contacts. If real personal data shows up in a screenshot, the person is asked to cover it before the evidence is approved.

Our advice: build in a practice sub-account, never in a client’s. Starter includes three sub-accounts. Unlimited includes as many as you need.

Each person’s evidence is in front of you and, when their route covers a certification, so is the certification by competency.

Coming after launch
  • Foundation. The account is secure, the domain is right, and email, phone and WhatsApp are set up under the rules.
  • CRM Operator. Data, conversations, lead capture, pipeline and calendars, day to day.
  • Automation. Workflows built, tested and repaired.
  • Implementer. A whole system for a business, reviewed by a person. It requires the other three.

Each one is earned with evidence from the person’s own account, an exam where the certification has one, and an explanation in their own words. It lasts 12 months, renews with an update module and prepares for HighLevel’s own Certified Admin without replacing it. You can show a client a certificate with a code they can check themselves.

AXIS Certification is a private credential issued by AXIS by CREZIR. It is not an official HighLevel certification or an academic degree.

Your team learns in the language it works in. You read the proof in yours.

Two languages, one standard.

Every lesson, question and certification exists in English and in Spanish, held to the same bar. The English version has its own example. It is not the Spanish one translated.

Teach it in the language the person thinks in.

At the end of each module, the person explains the topic in Spanish, in English or in a mix. We grade the content, not grammar or accent.

A glossary of the menu, in both languages.

About 80 HighLevel terms with their on-screen names in English and in Spanish, each linked to its lesson. Open the glossary.

HighLevel speaks Spanish, with limits.

HighLevel’s interface supports Spanish, and each user can choose their own platform language. Where a translation is missing, HighLevel falls back to English. Lessons and the glossary give both names where HighLevel has one, and say so when a screen stays in English.

A tutor that answers in the person’s language.

AXIS Tutor is an AI assistant that knows the curriculum and the person’s progress. When something breaks in HighLevel itself, it drafts the ticket for HighLevel’s official support, in English, with the steps tried, the menu path and the screenshots to attach.

Human support in either language.

Three things we would rather say now.

  • It is not live classes. At launch, training is self-paced, with evidence that gets reviewed. No live sessions are included.
  • It does not replace your own review. AXIS checks that a person built something in a practice account. You still decide who touches a client’s account, and when.
  • It does not hand you clients or projects. It trains your people and shows you what they can run.

Questions from owners

How can I see it before I pay?

Take the AXIS Score, free and with no account. The explanation half of every lesson is public, so you can read how a lesson works before you buy anything. If you want to see the panel against your own team’s situation, talk to us.

What if someone fails an exam?

One attempt every 24 hours, three every 30 days. The question bank is at least three times the length of the exam, so a retake does not repeat the same exam. For accessibility, a person can ask for 50% more time. There is no camera.

Tell us about your team. A person answers, in English or in Spanish.
